The True PD Savage - Weak Alliance - G5 GridWeak Alliance [The True PD Savage]

You WILL like this, and you WILL save it to play later. Trust me. No gimmicks, no goofy themes... Just serious, intense, well planned gameplay.

Teams: No permanent, official teams should be formed/enforced. Just make and break them as you go.
Players: 3 or 4
Simulants: None (they cannot use Farsight, Slayer, Laptop Gun, or remote mines well, so they SUCK at this)
Options: One-Hit Kills, No Radar, no highlights, no auto-aim
For Spice (100% optional): Fast Movement & Smart Slo-Mo
Weapons: Custom
1: Phoenix Pistol
2: Laptop Gun
3: Farsight XR-20
4: Shield
5: Remote Mine
6: Slayer
Level: The Grid (The Matrix Level)
Scenario: Combat
Explanations:

The idea of this scenario is that people will constantly ally, fight together, stab one another in the back, lie, ally with the other guy... Many powerful weapons have been thrown into the mix, so it is impossible to win if you do not ally every once in awhile, but at the same time, it is very tempting to shoot someone who trusts you (FARSIGHT!). Just make sure no one takes the game too seriously...

Every part of this scenario has been set up to keep things as interesting as possible. The level is cramped (to give people without a Farsight a chance in hell), but complex enough to keep things fun for these powerful weapons. Every weapon has a reason for being in the slot that it is in, so do not switch them around.

1: This level has two number 1 spots, and they are right by one another (but the second one is in a dark corner, so most newbies will miss it unless you tell them about it). This gives people with horrible aim a chance to succeed at this (duel Phoenix Pistols firing explosive shells are *quite* dangerous on One Shot Kills!). Also, if someone has a remote mine in their hand and you shoot them, they will burn like hell (this is COOL).
2: Ah, the classic Laptop Gun. First off, it is a fully automatic machine gun with a 50 round clip on One Shot Kills. As if this was not enough, you can stick it on the ceiling in either large room, or you can set it to protect your favorite gun in the level, or (this is good), you can stick it to the floor in the elevator, so that it will nail anyone who is within eyeshot on either side of the level. On one shot kills, even the shield will not protect a fish in a barrel...
3: The spice. The A-10 was built around the GAU-8A machine gun, and this scenario was built around the Farsight XR-20. This is what is going to break most alliances. The shield gives people a second chance at life when they are being hunted by this menace, which is often enough time to zero in and blast someone (thanks to the level size). The level has two #3 spots, but one spot is clearly easier to defend (the cubicle upstairs). This keeps anyone from hogging it the entire time.
4: This keeps the game from being straightforward. Anyone who has a shield is on "Two-Shot Kills," making this item even more popular than a hamburger in Ethiopia. Plus, there are two number 4 spots in the level, so if someone tries to guard one, someone else can grab the other one and take them out. The shield also has another benefit, which leads me to the next weapon...
5: Remote Mines, or as I like to call them, "Sticky Bombs." When a person is using the slayer rockets OR the Farsight, they have to hold perfectly still. When a person holds still, you can stick a mine to their face, so they cannot see :-). Or, you can put one on their back and DEMAND that they ally with you (this is probably the better idea). If they turn on you, all you have to do is find a remote detonator again (if they killed you!) and blow their brains out. Also, a phoenix blast will ignite anyone with a remote mine stuck to them (again, this looks SWEET). Spot 5 was picked because it is directly above the second Farsight spot, so it is easy to drop down and stick one to a person camping in the corner behind a column. Note: If a person has a shield, a mine WILL NOT stick to them! This makes the shield even more important for people to get, especially if they plan on using the Slayer or the Farsight.
6: The slayer rockets have been thrown in to help take out Farsight campers and sentry gun traps. Also, do not forget - with One Shot Kills on, a person anywhere near the blast radius will die immediately. The primary function (although often overlooked) can help clear out rooms, such as the cubicle that the Farsight is in.

JUST TRY THIS before you say anything about it. It is pretty quick to set up, and there is only one option to consider (the Fast Motion & Smart Slo-Mo together can add some interest). Save it to your memory card or the game pak - you will not regret it!

PS - Let me know if anyone has any input on any of this! I am open to comments or suggestions! Just try it exactly the way I said it before you tinker with it (this is all that I ask!).
