Will of Sarah McKelvey, late of
Killbuck, R. D. has been filed at
was made Sept. 20, 1945. Delmar
Alderman is named executor and
is directed that except for specific
bequests of personal property, to
convert all property, real and personal,
into cash as soon as can be conveniently
done.
Jackie Carpenter and Betty Lou Carpenter,
children of her neice, Mrs. Mildred
Carpenter, are bequeathed $100. Quilts
and household goods and dishes are given
to a son, Clarence McKelvey, with direction
that he divides what he does not care for
of them between Mrs. Mildred Carpenter and
Mrs. Lillian Carpenter. All wearing apparel,
personal effects and jewelry are left to Mrs.
N. G. McKelvey.
All of the remainder of the estate is to
be divided into eight equal shares and given
to the following eight persons: Laura E.
Chessesy, 1530 West 56th st., Los Angeles, Calif,
Mrs. Irene David, same address, Robert Hoxworth,
son of Charles Hoxworth, Killbuck; Mrs. Lorna
Bucklew, Muffett Heights, Baker St., Massillon;
N. G. McKelvey, 711 Taylor St., S. W. Massillon;
Lester Dawnes, Dabville, R. D. .....
