The X-33 program will demonstrate in flight the new technologies
needed for a Reusable Launch Vehicle (RLV), dubbed the "Venture Star,"
using a half-scale prototype. The goal of the program is to enable
private industry to build and operate the RLV in the first decade of the next century. NASA will be a
customer, not the operator, of the RLV.
Would the Venture Star program be good or bad for Great Falls?

I think it would be a great boost to the area and give our children good jobs to keep them in the area. Another positive aspect of using this area as a launch site is that we are closer to the target than most
other areas. More payload, less fuel and less cost.

It would be good but it will never get here and that's bad!!!
