Here is some of the latest moves by the Arkansas legislature:

While we open records advocates in Arkansas are drafting a bill along the lines of Bastard Nation's model bill, and looking for a sponsor, Rep. Dees has introduced one of her own. Pretty much a warmed-over sealed records model, where a court order is required for identifying information. The text is at this link: Click here.

This is a bad bill, and we oppose it.
