The owner of the site is not responsible for the above banners or to the sites to which they may lead.

The Green Ribbon Campaign for Open Records Policy and Guidelines on Sites to which it will link.

GRC will link to any site which promotes open records for adoptees with the following exceptions.

GRC will not link to any site which has poronographic, nudity or promotes violence on their site.

GRC will not link to any site whose main purpose is to sell books or private investigative services.

GRC will not link sites that disparage other adoption reform organizations.

If you have a complaint about any site to which the GRC is linked to, please fill out our complaint form. All complaints will be handled in the following manner:

If a complaint is registered against any site, the matter will be placed before the board of the Green Ribbon Campaign for Open Records. If the complaint is seen as valid then appropriate steps (to be determined by the GRC) will be taken. If the complaint is determined to be frivolous (definition to be determined by GRC membership) then the link will contiue to stay on the site.
