Biography for New Jersey

Hi. My name is Fayth and I am an adoptee in search of my birth family. I was born on June 21, 1968 in Philadelphia at approximately 9am. I do not know the name of the hospital. I weighed 8lbs 1oz and was 19 inches long. My birth mom was supposedly single, catholic, from Bristol and 16, 19 or 24. (I have been given 3 different ages by three different people. My birth dad was supposedly a truck driver. The adoption was handled privately by a lawyer named Marvin Lundy. (He refuses to give me ANY info.) I have my non identifying information which simply states that my birth mom was single and 24. I was adopted by a family in New Jersey but the adoption was finalized in Philadelphia. I have tried to get a copy of my birth certificate but they only send me my ammended one. I recently received a letter from Philadelphia Family Court stating that they were closing my case because they could not find my birth mom's birth certificate and therefore could not track down her ss# . They claim that they only have her age at the time of my birth but not her date of birth. Needless to say, I am lost as to which way to turn next. I have been adopted twice so it will be hard for anyone to track me down.

I am willing to help any member of the triad with their search in any way that I can.
