Sure Nintendo delayed the Gamecube. But is it really that bad? There are only two reasons for Nintendo making this decision:
1.) Lack of quality games ready for the release
2.) Chip shortage
This reminds me of a large company who suffered from both of these problems (cough) Now does any one want a repeat of Sony’s hardware shortage, or Sony’s shortage of quality software? I think not! For us Americans we can’t even call it a delay, when there was never a firm date to begin with. Sure the launch was rumored to fall sometime in October, but Nintendo never announced anything. I trust Nintendo to make the right decision and that it will increase the quality of the launch games ten fold. And if you a true Nintendo fan you will trust their decision too.
