I list them for informational purposes only, since I despair whenever I see a $5 still selling for $20 and more on eBay. I don't receive any benefit from providing these addresses. If I were to recommend a single best source, it would be Hollywood Book and Poster. The quality of their stills is superior to that of Ohlinger's. Also, the information provided concerns color stills only. Original black and white can still be found, but you have to look hard for them. These shops sell black-and-white reproductions from copy negatives, which don't have quite the same quality as an original.
