are Michael DeLorenzo, Jonathan La Paglia, Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn and Lauren Velez.

Michael DeLorenzo: Hey! What's up

Jonathan La Paglia: Hey what's up, people? How bout a question?

Michael DeLorenzo: HOw you all doing out there in online land???

MTVog: For the whole cast, PRDKACJFC asks: HOW DID YOU GET ON NEW YORK UNDERCOVER

Lauren Velez: Bueller Bueller . . .

Michael DeLorenzo: Orginally my part was written for an African American,
But at first they wouldn't see. So I begged.

Jonathan La Paglia: I auditioned.

Lauren Velez: i auditioned for Dick Wolf about a year and a half ago after
having guested in an episode

Michael DeLorenzo: Jonathan is so serious

MTVog: Again, we have a question for the whole cast! TIMDATOOT wants to know:
what your favorite episode

Michael DeLorenzo: I've got 2

Lauren Velez: same here

Michael DeLorenzo: The first that I loved was the Tasha episode and the other
is an upcoming episode called Dexcell. The first is because everyone was right
and everyone was wrong.

Jonathan La Paglia: "Going Platinum."

Michael DeLorenzo: JOnathan--Duh

Lauren Velez: "Don't Blink" -- i go undercover with an asian murderer -- we become
attracted to each other ...and then i shoot him . . i don't play around

Michael DeLorenzo: I hate Don't Blink because she got to kiss another man and i'm jealous

Lauren Velez: also, "Rules of Engagement" where i'm still freaked out over getting
shot last season and almost . . .get Jonathan's character killed and i turn in my
badge . . . i also like all the fighting and making up Michael's character get to do -- so don't be jealous Michael

Michael DeLorenzo: I wuv her

MTVixen: NEW YORK UNDERCOVER airs nationally on FOX TV,
Thursdays @ 9p-10p et/pt. It is a gritty, one-hour drama about a squad of young
New York City police detectives

Lauren Velez: i wuv you too

MTVixen: struggling to clean the streets of criminals while attempting to make sense
of their own lives. The series offers a close-up look at the lives of many of America's
urban youth, dealing with complex issues such as racism, family conflicts, drugs and guns.

Michael DeLorenzo: I did a Few Good Men

Jonathan La Paglia: I was an emergency room physician.

Michael DeLorenzo: Alive

Lauren Velez: i worked in a strip joint . . . just kidding

Michael DeLorenzo: I think some people remember Fame

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: Doing movies and raising children.

Jonathan La Paglia: Michael - I dont

Michael DeLorenzo: Jonathan--don't lie to these people, You're not really a doctor.
Show me some credentials, you can't even afford a stethascope

Jonathan La Paglia: That's not true - I'm a doctor of love.

Michael DeLorenzo: LOL. You're so cool man

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: physician heal thyself

MTVog: GrndDance asks: How many hours do you work every day ?

Lauren Velez: it varies . . from 4 to 15 hours

Jonathan La Paglia: Anywhere between 0 and 16

Michael DeLorenzo: On a regular day, it's about 13-15 hours a day

Michael DeLorenzo: but dont' ask Patty that question!

Jonathan La Paglia: Don't lie, Michael.

Jonathan La Paglia: Phone time doesn't count.

Michael DeLorenzo: lol

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: I have the gig of the century. 2 or 3 days a week.
4 or 5 hours a day...kinda just add water.

Lauren Velez: lol

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: That's not counting the enormous amount of research I do at home.

Michael DeLorenzo: They're trying to kill me!

MTVixen: GIRLPEACE asks: how does it feel to be 'pioneers' for minorities
in the tv industry?

Michael DeLorenzo: Good and bad

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: As a French-American woman I feel I've helped to make
great strides in this industry.

Lauren Velez: why bad Michael?

Jonathan La Paglia: Being the token white guy, it feels great.

Michael DeLorenzo: On one hand you get alot of love and affection from the community,
but I wish there were more examples of minorities in television

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: I encourage my Franco-American sisters to join with me
on this quest..for freedom and equality. Viva la france

Lauren Velez: yesss

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: yes

Jonathan La Paglia: No, it's done on blue screen.

Michael DeLorenzo: Yes we film entirely on the streets of NYC---and it's COLD!

MTVog: BabyGirl1 asks: Are you stories based on real cases?

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: All of them, can't you tell?

Michael DeLorenzo: Alot of our stories are pulled from the NYC papers

Lauren Velez: yeah they are . . . and stolen from "real" movies

Jonathan La Paglia: Yeah.

Michael DeLorenzo: Lauren--ooooh you're a bad girl

MTVixen: Sk8God19 asks: Do any of you do your own stunts?

Lauren Velez: i'm not bad i'm just typed that way . . .

Michael DeLorenzo: Jonathan does all of his stunts....and mine

Jonathan La Paglia: Michael does all our stunts.

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: I think we pretty much all do.

Michael DeLorenzo: and Patti's

Lauren Velez: i used to before i became Michael's girlfriend

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: Doesn't anyone out there have some juicy questions? Come on!

Michael DeLorenzo: What does that mean? Patti-tell everyone about your upcoming
Playboy spread!

MTVog: R6bird2 asks: Are you suprised that the show has done so well?

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: Oh, you mean Lt. Cooper and Detective Moreno unveiled?

Lauren Velez: no i'm surprised the show isn't doing better

Michael DeLorenzo: Not at all... I think we do a quality show and we're up
against quality competition

Lauren Velez: LOL . . and then you woke up

Jonathan La Paglia: No, it's a very unique show that no one else is currently
doing or has done in the past.

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: And won't do in the future.

Lauren Velez: Patti doesn't mean that . . this show's her life

MTVog: For the whole cast, GHroxs3 asks: who are some of your favorite music artists?

Michael DeLorenzo: I like all kinds of music--from the Beattles to the Fugees.
One of my all time favorites is Sting

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: Let's see.... Alanis Morrisette, Jewel, Melissa Etheridge,
The Boss, Smashing Pumpkins, Cranberries, etc..... ad infinitum

Jonathan La Paglia: Beastie Boys, Beck, Bowie

Lauren Velez: hmmmm . . . so many Dark Latin groove , Natalie Merchant, Fugees, etc.

Michael DeLorenzo: Don't let Jonathan fool you, he still has a David Cassidy Poster
up in his dressing room

Jonathan La Paglia: Where do you think the hairstyle came from, man?

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: The hours!

Jonathan La Paglia: Scenes with Michael.

Lauren Velez: working in the cold

Michael DeLorenzo: there should be and it should entirely consist of Jonathan

Lauren Velez: that would probably be our best episode

MTVixen: BSclar asks: Did you have to take any special police training for this show?

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: Michael's been arrested several times.

Michael DeLorenzo: I went on a couple of ride-alongs. And I know a couple of cops
around the country

Michael DeLorenzo: We're not suppose to talk about that Patti

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: Of course me, I'm clean as the pure driven snow.

Lauren Velez: my dad was a cop so i drew a lot from that but i did go around
w/ a consultant to different precincts

Jonathan La Paglia: I bet you know a couple of cops, Michael.

Lauren Velez: Michael watched reruns of The Mod Squad

Michael DeLorenzo: Yes

from her man

Michael DeLorenzo: Emotionally-yes. I don't know that I would make the same choices

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: I have a crush on Lauren.

Lauren Velez: yes i have a crush on patti

Michael DeLorenzo: I keep telling Jonathan to leave me alone.
I may have to sue him for sexual harraasment

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: Be careful Michael, you're on shakey ground there.

Jonathan La Paglia: Isn't Michael appearing in Deep Throat 5?

Lauren Velez: i have two movies coming out actually

Patti D'Arbanville-Quinn: I'm doing Father's Day with Billy Crystal and Robin Williams.
Probably coming out around Father's Day

Michael DeLorenzo: Jonathan is redoing the classic "Lassie"---and I think he plays the dog!

Lauren Velez: one is all in Spanish called "In Search Of A Dream" and "I Think I Do"
where i play a bride for the 4th time

Jonathan La Paglia: Seriously, I'm doing a very small part in the next Woody Allen movie.

Lauren Velez: there are no small parts only small actors

Michael DeLorenzo: I have a movie coming out with Peter Otoole,
called Phantoms which is Dean Knoontz novel
