Mar 15/03--ARCH held a pancake breakfast fundraiser at the Joseph Howe St Superstore. Many people turned out to enjoy our vegan pancakes!! To see pictures, click HERE!

March Break '03--Once again this year the Nova Scotia Museum of Natural History brought wild and exotic animals from the Moncton Zoo and kept them in small plexi-glass boxes for their "Africa" exhibit. They also had a baby farm animals display. ARCH had a table at the museum to raise questions about keeping animals in captivity. Please write to the museum and tell them that these exhibits are not acceptable.

Mar 12/03--ARCH was outside the Spring Garden Library with a TV, posters, and leaflets to raise awareness about the cruelty of Canada's commercial seal hunt! To learn more about the seal hunt, click HERE!

Mar 01/03--ARCH leafletted and showed a video of a pig farm investigation in order to raise awareness about the exploitation of pigs in honour of World Pig Day!
